Language Translation Tables
The Duxbury Braille Translator produces braille in over 150 languages world-wide. This page provides a list of all the individual braille translation tables that DBT supports. Please note the distinction between language tables and language templates. Sometimes there are several templates that use the same language translation table. Sometimes there are multiple translation tables for a language.
Translation tables are always subject to change because the various national and international braille authorities refine or extend their rules from time to time, and also because Duxbury undertakes continual improvements to conform to the latest rules more closely.
To get a broader overview of a language, and to better understand your choices, you may wish to check the List of DBT Supported Languages and pick the language you are working on.
