Table of Contents Wizard: This Wizard changes the List style into the Table of Contents style and performs other steps appropriate for a Table of Contents. Make sure you are only applying this to pages or document sections containing a Table of Contents.

 

Heading Wizard: This Wizard changes Heading levels to make them more appropriate for Headings in a braille document.

 

Exercise Wizard: This Wizard changes the List style into the Exercise style and performs other formatting changes appropriate for Exercises. One should watch out for other text in the selected pages that uses the List style (but is not an Exercise) in the text you are selecting.

 

List Wizard: This Wizard performs formatting changes appropriate for Lists. Be careful if there is other text in your selected pages that uses the List style which you do not want to change.

 

Picture Wizard: This Wizard lets you add a uniform prefix to all transcriber notes or all captions at one time. You can also make it hide all images in one step.

 

Glossary Wizard: This Wizard changes the List style into the Glossary style and performs other steps appropriate for a Glossary. Make sure you are only applying this to pages or sections containing a Glossary.

 

Index Wizard: This Wizard changes the List style into the Index style and performs other steps appropriate for an Index. Make sure you are only applying this to pages or sections containing an Index.

 

Edit Styles: Once selected, you can issue a simple keystroke to change the current paragraph style. Here is a list of keystrokes you can use. Note that Edit Styles and Edit Text are alternative modes of operation, and you "toggle" to one or the other.

 

Edit Text: Once you click on Edit Text, you can make changes directly in the text. Note that Edit Styles and Edit Text are alternatives. Only one is active at a time.

 

Page Nr Reference: This dialogue lets you select the way NimPro exports print page numbers. Effectively, this option selects the user's choice of Literary Format (the default) or Textbook Format (choose the first print page number that will be exported).
