French - Additional Information 
Before Unified French braille was introduced in 2006, there were primarily two different braille codes in use, both now regarded as "historical".
To produce braille in one of the older codes, select one of the "abrege" templates. Then go to the Document menu, select Translation table, and then choose one of the historical translation tables.
