DBT normally has a WYSIWYGWYSIWYG screen. A WYSIWYG screen does not always allow you to determine WHY a document looks the way it does. Viewing the codes can help in troubleshooting formatting problems. For some advanced users, especially those familiar with older versions of DBT, a coded view may even be preferred over WYSIWYG.
